On booking with us a non-refundable deposit of 20.00 GBP per room per night will be required to ensure your booking is secured.

Children over 12 are welcome, maximum Room occupancy is 2 guests.

Guests are asked to check-in between 4pm and 8pm, and check-out by 10am

For the comfort of other guests smoking and pets are not permitted within Abbey Cottage Loch Ness Bed and Breakfast
